At HATCHERS Just Breathe, we develop the whole body. Training consists of breathing and movement drills, partnered massage, body weight exercises, and stretching. Our unique approach to training incorporates the use of martial applications of movement, along with slow and fast sparring. This fusion of fighting and fitness optimally influences longevity and health of the body.
Belt ranking systems, like other martial arts, often build false sense of security and over inflated egos. That's why we don't use them! The color of the belt has nothing to do with the skill you possess. Either you can or can't...come to us and we will teach you how you can. Through our 4 Pillars, HATCHERS Just Breathe will train the mind and body to stay calm under pressure, move efficiently, and live life with fear under control.
Please note that due to the unique Russian Martial Art methodology, there are no beginner versus advanced classes. All classes are open to everyone. The training is designed in such a way that every level of skill receives extremely beneficial practice and achieves quick results.
