ADULT SYSTEMA TRAINING
Each 2 hour class will challenge the body mentally, physically, and emotionally. The instructor leads the class through varying degrees of stress using SYSTEMA principle based movement drills, while monitoring each individual every step of the way to ensure training is safe and effective. The goal of this type of training is to help the student recognize their own physical, mental, and emotional limitations, and doing so in a safe environment, to maximize a students growth potential. Training in this manner prepares the individual to deal with higher levels of stress than they normally were able, leading to better stress management, and ultimately better health.
The self-defense portion of the training comes by way of learning how to apply the principles of SYSTEMA against another persons body. Stress can be a powerful ally if you're the one controlling it! You will learn to safely disarm a person carrying edged weapons, firearms, etc. You will learn to use improvised weapons such as; keys, ink pens, hats, scarves, backpacks, purses, umbrellas, and more to defend yourself and your loved ones!
